The quality of food -
Port Royal is a fantastic hotel located in the heart of basse-ville (lower town). Our room 105 had original stones and wood beams dating from 1700´s. BEd is very comfortable, room decór is sooting and chic (shantung curtains, ceiling painted in grey-brown). Bedroom has a built in kithchenette very convenient. Hotel bar is really cool too. I would totally recommend future guests to head to local Quebec boulangerie named Paillard centrally located in Rue St Jean in Haute-ville (5min walt). Their

We got one of the 5th floor rooms, which meant it was really quiet. It also meant 5 flights of narrow stairs. Of course, since it's a historical building (like much of Quebec City) building codes prevent the addition of elevators, so this is par for the course. Beautifully reno'd room and bathroom, though the ceiling was a bit low due to the angle of the roof. Close to lots of nearby shopping and restaurants in the old city (and the lower old city, too, which was a bit cheaper).

When I first read the on-line guests reviews, I have to admitt that I was a bit worried to reach there. I was instead pleasantly surprised. Very modern lobby, clean and large room, bed very comfortable. We could hear a bit the noise from the Laurier Boulevard but it will stop during the night. Excellent value for money, especially if you're travelling with kids. Located just across the Quebec side of the Quebec bridge. everyone was great, helpfull and ,friendly from the reception staff to the dining room staff, I can;t say enough about the room clean with all the amenities ,that we needed, the bed was comfortable, I was traveling with my sister ,the girls at the front desk ,assissed us with how best to see Quebec city ,where to get the bus, which was right across from the hotel ,also the food was great in the dining room

Our room looked like it had just been remodelled with 5* quality. For an old building it was First Class. And when we left our small radio behind the staff retrieved it and mailed it off to us and it was back home when our vacation ended. Very impressed. Thanks.

I highly recommend Ambassadeur Suites as a choice of stay. My daughter
and I stayed over March Break and had a fantastic time. All the staff
were very friendly and courteous and even went as far as to assist me
when asking about another hotel guest whom I met (Manhattan Steve) who I
never got to say good by to, would have been nice to stayed in touch

El look and feel! - The staff members were fantastic. They attended to you whenever requested. The views in the rooms are excellent. The pool and workout room were incredible. It is a very trendy hotel and a great price. The room service was not expensive and was great. - The most beautiful and comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in.

Though it is a bit off the center of Quebec, the hotel was excellent. We loved the design, the cleanness, the staff was very helpful, they had special lockers for our bikes, the bed was super comfortable and the linen crispy. Excellent shower and excellent WiFi connection -
