Good value, convenient location, great restaurant , parking included.

Room had a musty smell when we entered for the first time. Must have been closed up for awhile .

Very close to public transport to Quebec City. Cosmos restaurant right next door for meals. Wifi robust. Secure underground car park.

Everything except the bedbugs.

Bedbugs. The room was very clean but I received a good number of bites. I sent an email to the hotel, with pictures, and they never got back to me. They will never see me again.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful to us regarding the city bus route to take into the city. The bus took 25 minutes and ran so frequently that there was never a long wait. The staff graciously spoke English with us, since our French is minimal. Underground parking was free and secure ( if a tight squeeze for a minivan!). The little café next door had a good selection of breakfast or lunch items we could eat there or take with us.

The onsite restaurant was too expensive for our needs. We did not want a big, sit-down meal, just a quick grab-and-go.

Very easy to get to and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was a good size and the temperature was good.

The rooms were not adjoining and breakfast was not included.

Impossible AC - turning on and off every 5 minutes pouring ice-cold air from above over the beds, everyone got cold and sick

A bit far from old city so need to take the bus or drive and park the car in the city. Shows a signs of building age, although renovating in process. Standard rooms has a very modest but clean bathrooms Not many rooms with queen beds.

Most comfortable bed! Spacious room with small balcony. Fantastic location off I-73 and easy 20 minute bus ride to the Old City. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms had balconies which I love...being a bit claustrophobic, I don't like places where you can't even open a window, so a balcony was a treat...just sit out, enjoy a glass of wine and take in some fresh air and whatever view you have. (we could see the mountains in the distance)

We did not like the fact that the hotel advertises 'view of the St.Lawrence' but never having been there, it did not occur to us to specifically ask for a room with that view.

The staff quickly offered us an upgraded room at no additional cost which match the picture below.

The original room was badli located and not swelling good and was not matching the picture below.

Service was very good. Nice room. Free parking and internet. Lobby was being renovated so it looks like the management is on the ball.

We loved the large,comfortable and clean room. The children loved the pool too. Great service!

The area is uninspiring. Looks like a suburban shopping street. Downtown is 8km away (but there are buses going all day).

August 2013 un hotel pulito e confortevole a clean and comfortable hotel

Quando abbiamo soggiornato c'erano lavori di ristrutturazione e si aveva a disposizione solo il ristorante Cosmos, che offre ottime colazioni ma risulta un pò caro nei pasti principali. When we stayed there were renovations and we had only the Cosmos restaurant, which offers excellent breakfasts but a bit expensive main meals.

Very noisy re. water pipe running in wall. Wifi is very bad in some areas (lots of co-channel interference / overlapping strong signals). Wired internet is OK. Musty smell.

i back hotel at 11pm, but hotel did not have hot water to shower, this is the worst hotel i have ever stay.
