Older motel, recently updated. Manager very friendly and an excellent host. First room he gave us had a plugged bathroom sink, he immediately moved us to another similar room, and had the first one fixed that same afternoon. -
Loved having two separate bedrooms. Allowed me to go to bed while the kids hung out and everyone had their privacy.

I loved that the hotel was clean and very kid-friendly. The outdoor and indoor pools were wonderful and minutes walk from the Beach! The outdoor movie night was a real treat for our daughter. The breakfast was very good quality. BBQ area was terrific as well! -

Staff were very helpful in finding a secured spot for parking when I arrived late as this was a weekend in Penticton that gets very busy with families.

Great location,clean hotel, great out door pool. The staff were very friendly we dealt with Helen at the front desk. Helen helped us get an extra night over and above our 2 night stay. I would book this hotel again for next year except this time I would book sooner than later this time -

- Nice location, 1 block from the beach for the Oakanagan lake
- Kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils
- 3 beds, 2 of which were in a seperate room with a door so you could move around without disturbing everyone.
- Picnic benches outside the room for relaxing and talking.

Older motel, but you get what you pay for. Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, easy access to all kinds of food/shopping. Pool was sufficient to meet the needs of the kids. Air conditioning worked great. -

The rooms were very nice, love the french doors to the patio, gives the room that special touch. Bathroom was good layout and very spacious. Rooms must be soundproof..no noise from other rooms. Rooms are very clean, no stains on carpets, beautiful linens. -

People who take care are very nice and they keep that place neat and tidy.
Rooms are nice and clean as well , very good staff.
Pool was clean and worm water , surround with lots of nice colourful flowers .
Location is very good but you need car or bikes to go to the
beaches.

The picnic tables and barbeque in a central grassy area makes it enjoyable for visiting and basking up the sun beside a large outdoor pool. We visited in the early spring before the pool was open though. We had a suite so enjoyed the kitchen facilities.

The owner was friendly and always present when I needed something. The location was ideal with a BBQ deck to enjoy a cup of tea in the a.m. or dinner at night overlooking the lake. The rooms were attended by friendly staff. -

We staying for three nights in a room with a kitchenette. The staff were very accommodating...moved our elderly friends who were staying in a second floor room to a first floor room when they saw them having trouble negotiating the stairs. Room was clean...well stocked with dishes, etc. A little noisy because of the courtyard arrangement but certainly not a bother. I would certainly recommend this motel...good value for the money.

Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights. And to top the fun, we enjoyed ourselfs at the Casino. -

I loved the laminate floors, and the room was very clean and soundproof as I have a hearing problem and checked with my neighbours to make sure they could not hear the TV and they could not. .The fact that the lake was across the road and a variety of restaurants close by, make it special. The owner is amazing and very knowledgeable about the area and made me feel right at home.
