Our hostess Meheroo was helpful and friendly, guiding us to wineries,
restaurants and local attractions. The breakfasts were delicious and the
rooms comfortable and clean. The b & b was within walking distance
of the downtown (about 10 minutes) and very quiet. The cool and
welcoming verandah was a lovely spot to sample the wines we purchased
during our bike tour of some local wineries! Would stay here again and
recommend it to other visitors to notl.

The staff at the hotel were excellent - they were super-friendly and
very accommodating. I also loved that the hotel had bikes available for
hotel guests for a very reasonable rate. I also really liked that the
hotel had dvds available to guests to watch movies in their rooms at no
additional charge. My partner and I had the continental breakfast on the
first morning, which the kitchen staff put on a tray for us so that we
could have breakfast in our rooms. The breakfast was very good - great

I was impressed with the honesty of your cleaning staff. I forgot my
nightgown and it was handed over to the appropriate person is charge .
They called my home immediately and made arrangements for the item to be
returned to me. Excellent staff. -

Excellent fitness facilities. Made use of the fitness classes along with
gym. Locker room was clean and relaxing with available steam rooms and
dry sauna. Location is 15mins from Niagara on the Lake and 15 mins to
Niagara falls. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff offered us a
free upgrade for our anniversary which was very generous of them

Lovely room with a very comfortable bed, and we were lucky to be overlooking a wooded area (rather than the car park and highway)

We like to go to the Pillar-n-Post at least once a year from the USA. It has become our destination for our wedding anniversary celebration (this year makes 42 yrs.). We loved the charming Victorian feel and the gorgeous Christmas decorations. The dining experience was delightful both for dinner and breakfast. Our room was beautiful and they even upgraded us because it was our anniversary celebration. The pool area was also beautifully decorated and the water temp was perfect. It was so nice to be right in the center of the lovely town as well and therefore we could walk to everything.

The location was perfect, just 2 short blocks from Queen Street, so
close enough to walk, but far enough away from all the activity.
It's also across the street from the Niagara River, so it was a very
easy walk to the park and there were plenty of benches to view the water
and catch the breeze. The Inn was beautiful and relaxing, with

We went during the off season so special discounted rates were in
effect. Otherwise we could have never experienced such a luxurious inn!
The decor was beautiful, the staff was eager to make us feel special but
humble at the same time, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, the
rose and weather report gifts were nice added touches. Thanks Oban Inn
