I had booked a room w/only a queen bed thinking it would have 2 double beds. We had 4 people in total. They upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge! Impressive effort and service!

In the Dundas area which is good for shopping and other activities. The
hotel is only about 15 minute walk to the Toronto Bus Terminal where you
can get a $20 coach (return) to the Niagara Falls. Useful for the early
start! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room

clean and enjoyable. Free Wi-Fi, safe and tv. - We LOVED our stay we will definitely be back. The manager on duty was Shawn and he was incredibly helpful and informative. We were well taken care of and we will be back for sure. Thank you for making our stay wonderful as it was a special occasion.

The room was spacious, and there was a separation between the bedroom and the "living room" area. 2 HD TVs with many channels. The bathroom was divided to 2 - one room with toilet and shower/bath, and the other spacious sink area.

I loved the fact that there was appropriate space for all to manage themselves around in comfort. Also having two bedrooms and two bathrooms with sufficient closet space was excellent. And having two porches was definitely a bonus. :) The kitchen was well equipped and a good size. All in all it was a great choice for us to stay at Glen Grove Conse

The Condo Staff were excellent!!! After having a bit of difficulty
checking in "after hours, we discovered that the guest before us
had smoked in our non-smoking room so when we arrived the air was very
heavy with smoke but there was no one to call about the problem at that
hour. Before the office opened the next morning, the manager had called
us directly to check on us and, after hearing our situation, offered
relief for our situation.

Excellent location, close to universities, subway and downtown's shopping and entertaining district. I managed to do everything I needed only by walking.
