This hotel is top-notch. The building is smaller and more intimate, which we really liked. The staff is amazing. Even if the rooms were not as luxurious and well appointed as they are, it would be worth staying just for the service. We used the concierge several times and their recommendations were perfect. My stay was absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly and polite. The room and bathroom were large with a nice terrace.
We stayed during the TIFF, a Valmont facial was offered with the room (indeed, we love valmont!!!). The SPA is great. I recommend the manicurist who is amazing!
ONE restaurant is very good, the staff again is extremely nice.

I meant to write 'enjoyed' last time. The staff are wonderful,
and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had
2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only
cad$13.00! And the apples at the front desk are very welcome. -

This is more of hostel than a hotel but it was extremely good for the price paid. The rooms, washrooms, and common areas were spotless. The room itself had a very comfortable bed with lots of storage space and if you bring an ethernet cable, you get free hi-speed internet (if you don't have a cable you can buy one at the front desk for $5). -

The location was good and overall the hotel was very nice. Downside is there is a fee to use internet in the room and valet parking is expensive but you can self park for less. Bed was comfortable and we had a good dinner in the dining room. They do offer free internet in the lobby with 3 computers to use. -

Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels each day and the location was excellent. The area was quiet too yet near one of the main streets in Toronto. New beds, very confortable. A big kitchen with everything to cook, and really clean. Good breakfast, which is included in the price. Really fast internet. Very friendly staff who explained me how to get somewhere, they ordered a taxi for me. Very nice atmosphere. I definitly recommend this hostel and I will go there again! -

This is a charming little boutique hotel that is well-kept, comfortable, and handy central Toronto's attractions. There were several eating establishments within easy walking distance and a major subway station is right across the street. The rooms were small and simply furnished but quiet and clean. next day. Overnight parking was $19.00 and very close. Extra amenities
were on a table in the hall so we were able to make that extra cup of
coffee in the morning. It was very clean and reasonably priced for a
Toronto downtown stay.
