I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

I loved the bed and linens! Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and kettle. Loved that I could go out on the large balcony and there was seating and a table. Also was happy that I could smoke on the balcony. I don't mind not smoking in the room but was very happy I didn't have to leave the hotel to have a smoke -

When I read reviews it said the hotel was noisy & I didn't find that at all. The beds were ridiculously comfortable & the location was prime. I used to live just across Harvey so it was nice to be back in that area, not to mention the closeness to downtown. Walked everywhere. -

The Save-On-More Rewards program. The price was reasonable. As I am partially disabled I was able to get a room on the ground floor. The Staff was great. I made reservations on-line, but at the time I did not know their was a discount for those on a medical trip. I was still very satisfied though. -

The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. We spent our mornings our on the deck overlooking the lake and sipping our coffee. The evenings were spent in the bar downstairs, excellent food and a great crowd. Very quiet air con room as it was 36c outside. Stunning location on the lake. Most friendly and helpful staff. Food and service in the restaurant was superb. Great place to relax and unwind after weeks of travelling. It's the best kept secret in Kelowna.

I liked the the place the second i walked in the door and was greeted with warmth and humor. Uceria, at the front desk is awesome!!!! The room was comfortable, there;s a pool,hot tub and workout room. The included breakfast was also very good. I will stay here again and soon I hope!!! -

We couldn't have had a more comfortable stay. First we were upgraded to a larger room with kitchen and bathroom for disabled guests.
Super clean and inviting.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the continental breakfast was adequate although rather pre-packaged, which surprised me since it is a very eco-friendly hotel in every other aspect. -

Our air conditioning stopped working and without question, Patrick, the desk clerk was at our room to see what he could do for us. It required maintenance so he had keys to the suit next to ours in hand and moved us immediately. We were most impressed and thankful.

The suite was a perfect
size. Nice price didn't believe that I could pay what I did and get the room I did.
Bed was perfect and lots of pillows lol usually u get the bare minimum and it didn't happen here.

Loved the waterslide with the kids. The pool was on the small size but it wasn't a concern for us. The room was beautifully clean and the kids loved the flat screened t.v. Loved that the room had a few extras in it like a desk and comfortable chair. Staff were polite and ready to help or offer advice. -

Paul at the front desk was very friendly. Very personable, asked how our stay was, related to us well by saying he'd been to our home town etc. He was very friendly to a young boy asking a question at the front desk. The housekeeping lady was very friendly (I didn't catch her name)

Everything! Property was absolutely clean, with full amenities provided for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was great, particularly loved the freshly made waffles! Location was fab too, an ideal rest point for people driving from Vancouver to the Rockies. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and stay here again if we get the opportunity! Gr

Checking in was very pleasant and we had a flight delay of 1-1.2 hrs so

Location and price were great. The necessities were provided for and since we were out and about most of the time the room was very adequate. It is not luxury but we wanted inexpensive, clean & comfortable which were provided. wi fi was provided and it was free.
