We stayed 2 nights, had 2 rooms, 2 couples. We liked the convenience of the underground walkway, especially for pool use! The woman at the front desk around noon on thurs Sept 5 was exceptional. Great customer service! We asked for an Italian restaurant and she recommended Sirencella. Loved it! Thank you so much! -

Excellent service from all staff they go above and beyond. The bathroom door has frosted glass with beautiful reed design however you can see through it so we contacted the front desk and they came up and installed a removable blind on suction cups which satisfied us completely. Great location, walking distanc e to everything downtown and the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived our room was not ready but we were upgraded to a king suite and checked in immediately. Because of this we extended our stay for an additional night and had dinner in the Redwater grille downstairs - the steak was out of this world!

We felt very accomodated. We liked the fact that we were given the choice of reusing our towels and bedding...such a waste of time and resources to do otherwise. We had a number of questions/requests after the first day of our stay and they were taken care of immediately. Thank you for helping to make our stay so enjoyable!

The manager and staff were extremely helpful and made the trip that much more enjoyable and relaxing. Even though at first I was concerned as our rooms weren't ready the kindness and attentiveness of the staff made any such problem disappear.

Very clean & comfortable. Friendly staff and nice to have little extras like cookies in the late afternoon and fresh fruit. The breakfast were very good. I liked the decor in the lounge area. Totally clean!! -

Staff was super,,breakfast was good,,,soup was excellent and as we were talking in the lobby,,,staff put on a fresh pot of coffee for us and even served it to us !!!!!!! Restruant next door was great, everything was top of the line !!!!! -

The place was absolutely beautiful, like stepping back in time, and so comfortable. The owners were incredibly hospitable and helpful, offering so many little touches to improve their guests' stay, from bits of luxury in the rooms, to delightful breakfasts, to being more than willing to offer advice and tips for enjoying the island. For the price we found the room to be rather clean looking with a nice flat screen, mini fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was very clean as well. We had our dinner in the little pub downstairs and found the food excellent (my wife had the lasagna and I the steak). -

We loved this motel! Friendly staff, gave us several brochures on the area. Not fancy, but clean and everything suited our needs. It had a full kitchen, good shower, great wi-fi, large play area for children, quiet, close to downtown Charlottetown and shopping malls, flat screen TV - everything you could possibly need for a long stay. -

For a basic room, it was very clean and comfortable. Bernadette the owner is very welcoming and helpful. She upgraded us to a housekeeping room, which was much appreciated. We will stay there again. -
