Everything was absolutely amazing. We found it very quaint and homey and extremely quiet. The breakfast was absolutely to die for, it was so delicious!!! I would recommend it to everyone and we are already planning on when we want to come back. Thank you so much for a wonderful get away

We stayed in this resort for a night and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was large with large bedrooms. The kitchen was fully furnished and the kitchen stuff were all of a great quality. The balcony was great and there was a nice grill inside the balcony. The airconditioners were working great. I'm sure this place is one of the best places to stay in Canmore.

This hotel was excellent in every ways. The design is modern and the rooms are specious. Location is convenient and easy acess to Banff National Park. The staff was friendly and helpful. Love every minutes of the stay. Value is excellent and no histation to recommede to anyone who want to stay in Camore for visiting the mountain parks.

The room we could get had two queen sized beds. Within a day or so, we got a phone message saying that the hotel had upgraded us. I suspect it was because another customer needed the second bed. Should somehow inform us when they have sport teams using rooms...they
should put them all on first floor and in one area...running, yelling in
the halls and they were not monitored in the pool area...and it was a
nightmare!! I had to tell quite a few of them to stop doing things due
to amount of young children around! The pool should be monitored when
they have sport teams

The outside hot tub, the kids loved it after a long day of travelling. The quiet in the room. When the window was closed we didn't hear the trains at all. The front desk man was easy to deal with when our key wouldn't work for the pool door. -

I thought it was a beautiful modern resort. The on site pool and hot tubs were really nice. The units were a bit small but did meet our needs for the short time we stayed. The kitchen could use a good frypan as well as a potatoe masher however we managed.The resort is in a great location and is just a minutes from Banff.. So the activities you can

Food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Great shower in the one bedroom suite. Nice to have underground parking. King bed was very comfortable, and enjoyed having the fireplace and balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

The management was so nice. When we had to stay an extra night due to an unexpected state of emergency in the area, they reduce the room rate to half. This was amazingly sensitive at a time that was difficult for the town and tourists,
Wonderful town to visit and we had a chance to walk on trails from the lodging to town once conditions improved. Everyone was very considerate under stressful circumstances. Very commendable for a business overall.

I Liked that it was a quieter week end and we were able to get an upgrade. The room we originally booked was close to the pub, and being non drinkers as well as wanting quiet, that may not have worked out very well. But we did have a lovely room on the creek side and enjoyed it very much. Also enjoyed that it was walking distance to everything we needed.

The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. -
