Everything was great! Very comfortable house with two separate bedroom and big lounge with fireplace. Kitchen with full equipment incl washing machine and dish machine. Close to skilift and centre. Very cosy and calm place. Thanks a lot Valentina for hospitality and care.

A very pleasant hotel with the friendliest owners I have met. Had a great time, the traditional meals were very tasty and very cheap, the wine was excellent. Not very far from the gondola. The sauna and the jacuzzi were very relaxing and the wifi was working great. - Good position, lovely owners, great value.

i really liked the staff and owner of the hotel.they are very very friendly and helpful about everything.the room was clean and they cleaned it every day.breakfast was great.also we had no problem with heating.if you are skiing, hotel is 5-10 minute walk from lift, for that price of hotel, i could walk 1 hour to lift :D -

Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go).
