The staff at Augusto's were phenomenal. Fantastic customer service. The staff are what made this hotel worth the money. In particular Yuri and LIsa. They were so helpful with recommendations, calling restaurants and communicating for us. Just fantastic hotel staff.

The air conditioning didn't work. The elevator was out of commission for part of our stay. The rooms weren't anything special, especially when considering how much we paid.

The hotel is in a good location (1&½ squares from a metro station). The employees are well prepared and the cleaning service is good. There are many international channels on the televison. Also, considering that the hotel is a four star, the breakfast is great.

The price is cheaper for some reasons. The hotel is old. The bed is not confortable, the bedroom TVs are only 14'', the air conditioners were too noisy. I would have classified this hotel as a 3,5 stars.

Location, staff, good breakfast. Had one evening meal which was very good. Good security. Very convenient for public transit.

Quite old hotel, needed refurbishing. Old fashioned bathroom. Shower curtain was dirty & mouldy but was changed immediately after complaining. Swimming pool was filthy, we wouldn't use it. Also umbrellas old & dirty.
