The food and staff were excellent

Service from staff was excellent; Free wi-fi was great. Signal was strong and it worked all the time. Buffet breakfast was great. It offered great choice (fresh fruits, yogurts, bread, pastries, cold meat, cheeses, as well as hot food). Food was always fresh, tasty and quickly replenished. On site restaurant - great food, good menu selection. The room (an premium room) had a fridge in it.

The "gym". Equipment was limited to 2 treadmills and a few free weights. The room was also very small. The swimming pool - really really small. If 2 people were in it, it would be crowded. The beds has old fashioned blankets, and not duvets.

Friendly staff. Always willing to assist you. On my last day, one of the employees accompanied me to the currency exchange at the local mall. He was very helpful as an interpreter, allowing me to obtain enough reals for the taxi fare to the airport.

The breakfast was good. The 2nd room was nice, but the original room they provided was terrible. It smelled, had carpet with a whole and bugs. The second room was supposedly an upgrade, but was the exact same style room minus the carpets. Wondering if they pawned the first room off on us as we booked through letsbookhotel.com

Original room was terrible. No was would you let an infant stay there. Smelled, burnt mark in the carpet and bugs. Staff seemed moody after we requested room change. Asked for dessert for my wife's birthday. Restaurant said tell front desk, front desk said ok. Never delivered, when I inquired they said I should have gone through the restaurant.
