my room was very noise at night (noise from de street).

Big parking area, staff was very friendly, very comfortable bed, great pool area.

Food and beverages at the hotel were expensive (expected though), found a few termites behind the bed.

The most perfect and fast acess to Rua das Pedras. Own garage enough to all cars. Excellent security. Beautiful external area (pool).

The mattress is not good (veryyyy soft), causing backache. The ar conditioning is too loudy. The blackout courtains are not efficient.

Located right in the centre. Staff (esp. at reception) was super friendly and helpful and speak good English. Breakfast is very good. Style of the hotel.

Some facility issues at our stay: Jacuzzi out of order for 3 days, no eggs for breakfast 1 day as the cooker was apparently out of order, tap needs to run for 5min before shower water becomes warm.

Excellent location, and welcoming staff with valet parking. Nice room with a private patio. Decent breakfast, with friendly people serving.

Slightly weirld feeling around the pool with all the four-poster beds, and people lounging very close to each other.

Location (downtown Buzios), the rooms were spacious, clean and decorated very nicely. The staff was very friendly and responded promptly to our every request. The social areas were also very nice. The food from the restaurant was good and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was very good.

Didn´t have a view and wasn´t very close to any of the best beaches around (but all of this was clear to us in advance). You can hear noises from neighboring rooms or from the pool if the guests there are very loud.

The room we had was great. The staff was very nice, friendly and eager to help us in any way possible. Our first night in the hotel the lights went out due to a storm and the morning after we were contacted by the front desk staff to let us that due to that weather related incident we could have anything from the minibar for the rest of our stay for free. The breakfast was good.

2 minutes walking from the Main Street Rua das Pedras. 3 mn from the beach. Design by a very famous architect. All rooms very spacious. Perfect staff. Reasonable prices.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms (we stayed in a superious room), clean, location was close to the main shopping street.

The breakfast was not good, especially for the price one would expect an abundance of fruit, real scrambled eggs (not from powder), fresh bread. No international tv channels, only cnn which worked every so often; again for the price, this is not up to par. Wifi only worked near the pool area. No view from the room.

Beautiful interior design, location

The pool is too small, the map provided via your website is incorrect. Front desk took awhile to check us out. After waiting for 20-30mins, they informed us that their printer broke down. There were these huge red ants crawling around the bathroom. No wifi in the rooms, only cable. Limited English channels

Nice breakfast

The lack of privacy for the room with a tiny jacuzzi, this was was overlooked at the rear and by the rooms above, would not recommend this room. Children left un supervised in the poolside Jacuzzi, no chance to rest and relax, would not recommend for couples wanting quiet and intimacy.

The location is great, close to shopping area.

Breakfast a bit limited in a country that should have the best and a hotel that's 4 stars. Room was average especially since they did renovations - doesn't seem to have been on the rooms - shower pathetic
