Hotel muy nuevo. Lo que más destaco es la excelente relación calidad-
precio en comparación con las alternativas cercanas, cuyo precio era
bastante más elevado y la excelente localización. Se encuentra a dos
minutos caminando del palacio real, a diez de la gare central, desde la
cual te puedes desplazar a cualquier ciudad de Bélgica, y a 15 de la
Grand Place. Hacia el otro lado está el Parlamento Europeo a 5 minutos.

The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.

Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.
