Position was where we needed to be; staff were extremely helpful; room was just what we needed; reduced rate brought it within the price bracket we sought. - The freedom of self catering and the extra space by having a four person apartment. Plenty of space in the car park.

Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.

It's a house of 17 century with the interior in romantic Belgian Provence style. All is very-very old and authentic, except a modern fashion bath (santech is in good condition, radiators is warm what was very important dew to really cold weather).
