Position was where we needed to be; staff were extremely helpful; room was just what we needed; reduced rate brought it within the price bracket we sought. - The freedom of self catering and the extra space by having a four person apartment. Plenty of space in the car park.

The staff were more than nice and accommodating. The room, or the flat was spacious and clean with all the necessary facilities. The flat overlooked a lovely garden and had a balcony, which will be perfect in spring/summer.
The location is next to Avenue Louise and ideally surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants from all side.

I arrived late at night and Mr Guy was very quick to check me in and was very friendly. I stayed in a studio flat which was spotlessly clean, very modern, and confortable. I would definitlely stay again.

The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.

Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the basic stuff you'd need and there's even a Nespresso machine! Tea and coffee were always well-stocked. There was a great selection of TV channels

The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.
