Great apartment, good size we have twin boys age 14 and 2 dogs. Fantastic location, nearby parking great value. Dog toilet just around the corner newly refurbished . Owner is a lovely man with grat sense of humour. Very casual and relaxed.lots of stairs good exercise. Everything! Traveling a lot for both business & leisure I can fully recommend this property to anyone who prefers well designed rooms and a personal but clean atmosphere over standardized shoe cartons :) All the best to the owner!.
todo comentarios » very central, comfortable and excellent price, considering the stay was during the Ghent Festival. Location, accommodation. - good location: in the centre, public transport nearby,... - the price was good considering the reduction, original price would be too expensive - very friendly staff/owner - nice bar downstairs to have a drink. The room is well designed, and staff is very kind and professional. This hotel is located at the center of the city and very convenient to enjoy the sight seeing and night life. Owner extremely friendly and care taking. Very responsive. Top. Room has nice design. The "false ceiling" With its "cosmic" theme. Pretty table and chairs but too shabby chic - even charming old furniture needs cleaning! Good bathroom - still unfinished. Room. Not enough utensil in kitchen if you are planning on a longer stay this could be a problem. Bathroom not fully tiled so showering difficult, as we did not want to ruin walls as apartment is newly refurbished. Very hot in loft room could do with better fan or air-conditioning. Lots of stairs,. the hotel was still in renovations and not completely ready to receive guests. the room was not particularly clean but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return. The stairs to go up, no complementary coffee. When your up in the top floor (at least 4th floor) it's kind of hard to go down to have coffee :-). - pictures on the website show a very nice room, but it was a disappointing arrival, the hotel isn't finished yet, so our duplex neither. Because of that it also wasn't totally clean. - we thought there were 2 double beds, but the second bed was an expanded sofa (not very comfortable). The hotel is still under construction. Thus it was difficult to find out it at first, and still feeling the smell of paints. However, it would be improved soon. It is a little noisy in midnight whereas the location is very nice to enjoy the night life. I am wondering this hotel would be nice for couples. No reception. Stair case still in renovation, small, dark and dirty (smell of Urine). No breakfast buffet. Rather not a Hotel but a room rental. Shower nice and big but not clean. No daily cleanup. Price much too high for this Kind of room. No reception area -smelly street entrance - still undergoing renovation - loose wires and sockets in room/bathroom - too few towels - food left in mini bar in dusty wardrobe - empty shower-gel bottles in shower - unironed (clean?) sheets - no breakfast facilities - still no proper receipt from owner - I only have a handwritten "note"to confirm my cash payment of €70. No street maps or other useful info provided. Air con not working. Stained sofa. No reception facilities Hotel not completely finished.
