Very spacious room, nice terrace and kitchenette. Very helpful host. Nice breakfast (although for a supplement).

Around a 20 minute walk to the centre, this isn't the closest of B&B's, but the bus is fast and regular during the day. Would have been nice to have at least soap provided in the bathroom.

Beautiful room. Very private. Excellent facilities and high quality furnishings, linen etc. Hosts very welcoming and friendly.

Slightly further out of town than we expected. A really good 20 minute walk through a slightly run down, although not threatening area. A little difficult to find, especially late afternoon on a rainy day. Quite expensive. Some tea or coffee making facilities in the room would have been very welcome and even a basic continental breakfast could be included in the price.

The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable, well proportioned and beautifully furnished. Ghent was a lovely city, full of life and history.

The distance to the city from the B&B was a bit further than expected.

The owner was extremely nice. The apartment was fabolously decorated. We absolutely felt at home. The owner thought of all those things that a traveler might need: salt, cereal for breakfast, kitchen equipment... We found we got a lot for the money we paid.

Kurt and Laurent were fabulous hosts and the apartment is where they lived while the renoveated the rest of their wonderful home, garden and B&B rooms. They offered a great breakfast every morning for only 5 euro with a variety of delicious fresh rolls and pastries, fruit, cereal, juice, yogurt, cheese, etc. The even baked a pizza for us one night as he apt does have mico but not oven. Apt is very comfortalbe, bright, spacious, well outfitted. The front double window/door lets in a lot of light but also nrighbors can view in. Great corss ventilation on hot days. Extra towels were no problem - Kurt and Laurent were always helpful also with luggage as there is not lift but it is only one floor. About 15 minutes walk from train and 15 minutes to the center of Ghent. In student neighborhood so not upscale but conventient to all of Ghent and a bit of real life, not tourist. Good bakeries etc on the block.

Kurt and Laurent were so welcoming and helpful. the homemade breakfast was awesome. The apartment on the 1st floor was very spacious and had everything you needed. Would definately recommend this property.

I had a loft room that would have fitted four people. It was bright, airy and comfortable. Being an apartment it also had a small kitchen and table. It had a large deck with tables, chairs and two sun lounges which were great to rest in at the end of the day. The guys running the place were friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have had a tea / coffee sachet for when you first arrive.

The host Kurt was the best, helped us through medical emergency. The place is gorgeous and well located.

Such a lovely place with a very friendly owner! We had a large apartment (stayed in 1-bedroom-apartment with no balcony or garden), everything was stylish and new and clean. Breakfast was offered in owner's dining area which was cosy and lovely. Very delicious, too - with fresh strawberries. We'd go there back for sure!

The owners were very friendly and helpful. Theta There are the tea-pot, microwave and refrigerator in the room. The beautiful terrace is very amazing!

All was good, but there is no hair dryer in the bathroom, and the ceiling in the bath is low

We stood in the room at the edge of the garden. The room was lovely and clean. We were pleased to stay there.

There was a stange smell all over the room.

This is a lovely hotel, with a good design and convenient location. Staff is pleasant and friendly
