Staff at Broadbeach were very helpful, courteous, friendly and informative. Malina helped me with my booking and I am grateful to her. The building maintenance person was from NZ and pointed out the best places to shop and always helpful. -

The pool and spa were great, the two bedroom apartment was really cosy and well-equipped. Request for maintenance (replacing fused bathroom light bulb) was responded to very speedily. The secure underground carpark was another plus. -

It was quite good than i thought. at first, it was comfortable and was close to city and beach. but the most important thing is kindness of the owner. we had some problem. it was kind of our personal problem. however the owner did his best regardless of it. anyway this hotel was the best in my life! -

Excellent management; Santana is a care free, laid back resort. Allows one the independence of living as one would at home, whilst having the amenities of a 5 star resort if needed. We had a great time there. We spent a lot of time on their pool and spa, also on the BBQ corner. It was awesome! They keep their pool very clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. For the price and quality I would definitely recommend people staying there.

Excellent room with kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea! We were on the 13th floor so had amazing views of the coast! Very clean and comfortable and a great price for the room / location! A 15 / 20 minute walk to surfers paradise where all the bars / restaurants / amusement arcades / shops are, and the same in the other direction to pacific

All of it, the views, the rooms were spacious and inviting. The area it is in is fabulously close to everything, We literally parked for the whole week. I feel mean only marking the staff GOOD but I literally did not need them or see them other than entering and leaving the resort. They were friendly without being intrusive. Just lovely.

Went to see a show at Twin Towns and decided to try this motel which is half the price of Outrigger and was excellent value for money. The bed was so comfortable (and I'm very fussy when it comes to beds) and the position just perfect. Will always book this motel from now on.Also much better views of the ocean than Outrigger Twin Towns. -
