We asked if we could have an early check-in due to a time we had to be at engagement and that was not any trouble. Extremely welcoming service on arrival, terrific followup after online booking with a friendly phone call. I was pleasantly surprised by how neat and clean the place was - it was extremely comfortable and spacious. much better than many bigger hotels I have stayed in! Terrific parking.

Best value for money in the area of the gold coast.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Rooms were clean, big, great views of the sea and river. They had everything you needed in there!
Pool and spa was nice and relaxing.
Great location, 5 mins to the beach & 10 mins to the centre of surfers paradise. Bus stop behind the building to the theme parks, shopping centres or other beaches.
Would recommend to anyone to stay there.

Everything. From the design, color of the motel to the interior layout. The motel looks retro and the layout of the room is modern. Its very clean, spacious, comfortable and new. A lovely retro-styled hotel,excellent location if you are flying out of the Gold Coast airport (the room fee includes a free airport transfer). Also very good when coming off a late night flight - there are always cheap supplies in the room (noodles, cup-a-soups, hot water jug), great if you are coming off a 1 am flight! I can't recommend this Crystal Bay more highly. We have been having weekend stays at the Gold Coast for years and this was probably the most pleasant and relaxing places we have stayed. The facilities - Great, the views -wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone. -

The unit was secure and well appointed, comfortable beds and lounge. Pool was good and clean. Parking is excellent. The location suited our needs and is within walking distance of Bond University which must be the target market. -

I was only there for accommodation after work.
Instead of driving home (2hrs away in busy traffic), but found my short time at this accommodation relaxing, clean and affordable. As if I had more time I am sure I would have loved to have use the pool, spa etc facilities. My meal ordered to room was also satisfying.
Look forward to use your accommodation next time down that way!

All rooms inside were comfortable well furnished and very clean even
though the outside appearance was well weathered. The building stood up

The accomadation was terrific. There was 10 of us in 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments. The heated pool was terrific. We used 2 x day. Outside pool great. Gym great . Location great . Easier for all of us to hire 12 seated van . East access to the worlds . 1 week not enough time . 2 at least to enjoy Gold Coast . See you again we will be back and to stay at contessa apartments. Loved it.
