We were two mature couples staying in the two bedroom apartment. We found the apartment and facilities very comfortable and the staff extremely helpful when we were delayed coming in, due to weather, in re-organizing our stay and tours.

The staff was very helpful (boat trip bookings, last minute. restaurant reservations ...) The log cabins are very cozy, warm and well equipped. Breakfast was delivered to our room very early in the morning as agreed (not very much, but delicious).

One of our friends has allergies and had some minor issues due to the blankets.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The suites were clean and very comfortable.

We loved staying in the Santa Monica Apartments. The log cabin was really cosy and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed our delicious breakfasts which were brought to the cabin each morning. It's just round the corner from the main street in El Calafate so really conveniently located. The service was exceptionally good. Yenifer organised our excursion and bus tickets in no time at all, gave us lots of knowledgable advice on what to look out for on the rest of our trip in Argentina, and was really warm and friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel to any family who are visiting El Calafate.
