Lo que la gente dice
Incredible service, the staff were absolutely amazing in helping organise trips. The room was clean and was in an absolutely splendid location, there was a boat that the hotel provided that would take you to an amazing beach! The best hotel by far on the island of Antigua and not the most exspensive on the island but by far the friendliest!.
Once we arrived, we were upgraded to one of the in-garden room which was lovely. The historical site location was so charming, it's like we were sleeping in the museum! :-) The water taxi was really convenient and the access to snorkling the highlight of our trip.todo comentarios »
Its a great little hotel. The rooms are very clean and modern. There is a restaurant right on the water with delicious food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is really cool and very relaxing. Really good deal for the quality you get.
Very nice hotel and it was very nice to live in this very old building from the Admiral Nelson time. Now its a very nice hotel with a beautiful garden and very nice view. You live in the middle of the Dockyard and thats great!!.
Very friendly staff, great restaurant, not too expensive, great bar and seating area, very historical location of Admiral Nelson`s fleet and the Dockyard has been sympathetically renovated. Very comfortable stay.
Fantastic place to stay, beautiful historical building, lovely bedroom, food was delicious, very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, safe for a solo female traveller.
The setting is beautiful and the stone buildings and boat yard are
so full of history. Reminds one of Europe. The staff at the Inn are
very nice.
Admirals Inn and Pillars Restaurant are top notch! Amazing views and food. So recommend this wonderful hotel!.
Rustic feel, historic area, breakfast, staff...The hotel was lovely and very homey.
All good. Staff stayed awake to meet us - 5 hrs delay on flights.
Very friendly staff
Amazing setting
Nice rooms.
Location, service, room.
The location was excellent for my business trip.
It was wonderful absolutely brilliant!.
The food was excellent at the restaurant but the portions quite small, especially for the price :-(.
There is no beach at the hotel since it's at the docks but the hotel can drive you to a beach nearby. There aren't too many things to do in the immediate area, which is OK if you're looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay. Be prepared to take a cab to many places.
We did not have a refrigerator in the room.
The slow Caribbean service...but its everywhere not just here. Once the staff were alerted to a need they really tried to fix things.. like early breakfast, missing towels, mosquito`s in the room, all were attended to.
Nothing.
Although we had a sea view room, the way the windows are designed with
the shutters you could not see anything unless you kept them open. But
then there was only open window, no screen, no glass and the mosquitoes
can come in.
We had no hot water the first three nights of our four night stay. We asked for a discount, but were told that since we booked online our rates were already discounted. There was no TV -- not a big deal, but people should be aware.
Limited hot water.
It's not vegetarian friendly.
The noise from 5am was just so bad. Nelsons Dockyard is a working area, therefore huge trucks woulld arrive from 5am. This together with the insistance of the management to use leaf blowers from 5.30am.
