All employees from the front desk to housekeeping were very friendly and
eager to help in any way they were able. The room were very nice and had
most of what was needed. Food in the restaurant was surprising good. Bar
service quite friendly and helpful. The beach was simply amazing. We
walked down to the inlet/marsh area, walked out onto the sand

I liked everything, from the time we stepped foot in the Resort till the time we left, everything was clean, and comphy, The kids enjoyed themselves, and the STAFF! Oh my they were AWESOME, KIND, GENERIOUS AND HELPFUL I give this Resort 10+ stars, This was our second visit and Im heaed back in June and again in August of this yr 2013.

We were a family graduation celebration of 10 people and 5 rooms. We ate several meals at the restaurant and the service was excellent. The staff went out of the usual service expected to accommodate us. The bar staff was friendly and quick service. The food was good. We used the shuttle service for getting around to avoid using several cars

Excellent facility, great and friendly staff, easy to get around, good
parking, all the ammineties were excellent - pool, walkways, lobbys,
etc. We were on our wedding anniversary get away weekend so it was
perfect. We asked for a later check out time and the front desk staff
was very helpful and approved it right away! Great stay and would
definately stay there again.

Breakfast should be included in the rate for this type of hotel and they should put bottles of water in the room (I saw them giving some customers bottles when they checked in, but they did not give them to me) -

Room was clean and fresh, no heavy febreeze like odor, just clean. The

appointed and immaculate suite, the excellent breakfast, the free
newspaper and the vast amount of information pamphlets for the area.

I liked that the non-smoking rooms were really non-smoking and as far
as I could tell have been for a long time. Many places now days
advertise rooms as non-smoking but if you have allergies you can tell
they weren't always. The $250 room recovery fee if you're
caught smoking in the room seems to be an excellent deterrent. Having

Breakfast was even included. Considering the fact that I stayed during the summer season, this was the best deal and best value I could find out there and I was very pleased! I had originally booked a kind size bed room and upon arrival they asked if that was still okay. I was hoping to get 2 queens and they ended up having a room with that available. Would definitely stay here again.
