A nice hotel with friendly people. It's outside of the town, but the taxi isn't expensive (6$ for 2 people) and if you're going to a bar in town - the ride is free because bartender covers the bill. If you're planning a trip to Grand Canyon and don't want to stay (and overpay) for Grand Canyon Village, stay in Williams - the old west town with bars and retaurants where you feel like you were back in the 50's (maybe beacuase you can hear Elvis at every corner). Great place!!.
all reviews » My fiancé, 3 children and I stayed for two nights. The hotel is completely renovated and modern. The beds and rooms are very comfortable. The best part was the complementary hot breakfast in their dining room. It's an amazing value, especially if you're traveling with children. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and nicely updated. I did have some trouble with the PC's at the business center but the staff worked dilligently and got it fixed. The included breakfast was very nice. The price was reasonable.. Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, you name it, lovely stay. We have received a birthday card for my partner's 50th birthday signed by all the staff - it was so wonderful and gratefully received!. The staff was helpful in getting us adjoining rooms. Clean rooms and "comfy" beds. Plenty of hot chocolate and coffee. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Our grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool. The adults enjoyed the jacuzzi. The motel was very surprising in term of the rate vs. benefit. Clean, satisfying room size, free complimentary wifi, free parking very close to rooms, nice staff. Rich breakfast. It is close to Grand Canyon. And Williams is a quaint town. What's most important to me, is the fact that the hotel that I wanted to stay in, Best Western Plus, was not indicated on your site. I had stayed there before, and really enjoyed the property. Not being on your website was troubling when I pulled up and saw it next door. I went into the bwp and asked if they had any rooms, and they did at $57. This may affect my decision next time to use B.com. Staff was not very friendly, but if that's not important to you, then this is ok for a stay while visiting the South Rim. About what I expected for what we paid. We couldn't sleep after 5 am. Anybody that walked out of there room let the door slam. Was very mad about it. Reason for not staying there again. Please find a way that doors don't slam. Thank u. Every room has automated doors which close very loud. Loud air condition and windows could not be opened. Only plastic plates and plasitc cutlery. No elevator. Airconditioner too loud. Total breakdown of internet access could not get in any more for the whole evening. The staff didn't feel very responsible to fix it. Had to use wifi from other hotel nearby... Room ac was not on. Charged my credit card for four rooms instead on three. Did say they would reverse the charge. Lack of places to eat near by. Charged my card four times of my stay. Still fighting with them for almost $1000 in refund. Staff was totally absent. Had to wait thirty mins just to check in. Very, very noisy. Don't plan to sleep here. It won't happen. The room location, Loud children allowed to spoil the experience. Dogs in rooms next door. Inhability of recepcionist to help so we moved to another hotel without staying.
