  The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was very easy to check in and out. We had booked two rooms for two nights and the staff noticed upon check in that one of the rooms was booked for only one night. The staff asked us about this upon check in and booked the room for two nights without any problems. The bathroom was spacious whic... what people say » h is helpful when having to bathe small children. - The staff at the hoyel were very freindly and incredibly helpful. My room was very clean amd I had everything I needed. I would happily recommend it to other university parents as a great place to stay. In addition in comparision to Australian hotel prices it was excellent value fpr money!

  This was by far one of the hotels we've stayed in! The staff was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. They served a customer appreciation dinner - what a surprise. It's family run and the owners show how much pride they have in their business.
