The hotel staff made us feel like guests rather than customers. The atmosphere was upbeat and party like, not formal and proper. Everyone was having a good time.

Location convienient in downtown, wonderful to have the space of a suite hotel; great breakfast; nice little gym and beautiful pool area; good to have Starbucks in lobby

The hotel was fantastic and the staff very obliging, We were delighted with the breakfast included in the price...custom cooked omelettes and all the trimmings....recommend this hotel.

Location of hotel more guests needing downtown area, we wanted to visit the international plaza which was a $20 taxi ride each way. This hotel is ideal location for pre cruise guests since the cruise port is closer than the airport.

Suite room was clean and comfortable. The included full breakfast was an incredible bonus as was the P.M. cocktail bar. My stay was very enjoyable and I definitely would do it again. I also will recommend Embassy Suites to family and friends.

Sofa and stuffed chair were slightly shabby and the carpet waved in a couple of spots, but no other real complaints.

awesome staff, very clean, close to Tampa Bay Forum. Went there for the Bruins game, had complimentary drinks (beer, house wine, sodas). Def staying there again!

The staff was very friendly and efficient, the room was well-appointed, clean, quiet and comfortable, and the location is adjacent to the Tampa Bay Times Forum for concerts and hockey games.

The restaurant service was slow and portions of the meals were served cold. (The free breakfast buffet was awesome !!! )

King suite was wonderful- free drinks from 5:30-7:30 was very nice. Location was great and the breakfast was the best !!

Bed / pillows were outstanding. Room was clean with great view, and great price for it.

Manager's reception and breakfast buffet felt like cattle calls - great deals but rather get a discount and choose to avoid the line. Valet is convenient but pricy and waited 45 minutes when checking.

The convenience to the Forum.. We go to the concerts quite often and will book your Hotel again..... Keep me informed about changes in prices..

Facilities and location were excellent. There was also a problem with the reservation which was my fault but the staff accomodated me in a very hospitable and expeditious way. It's the second time I've stayed there and from now on when I am in the Tampa area that is where I'll stay.

Our bathroom sink was bad, the water wouldn't go down ! I guess it was clogged ! Not enough seats for breakfast or cocktails ! Glasses way to small for breakfast !

The rooms were nice - we all slept very well. The interior bedroom door kept everything very quiet.

I like the fact that the hotel is conveniently located to the local downtown transportation.

I was treated very poorly by a member of the staff and treated very rude as though my wife and I didn't belong. We looked pass it and tried to enjoy our first time in Tampa, however, "first impression lasting impression".

Poor view and we are frequent customers but the Taft didn't really try to change our room. People had booked but weren't checked in. One lady checked in father us and got a better view. We had a brick wall outside of our window-no city view. Elevators were extremely lw. One had been sticking all week. Staff very nonchalant. Lots of kids -extremely noisy. Was my favorite. May not ever return.

Breakfast was good. Bell hops and parking valet excellent.

Hotel had no record of my Bookings.com registration. Housekeeping room cleaning was sub-standard; Noise first night prevented sleeping all night; Internet service was unacceptable in that it terminated inadvertently and required reconnect fees prior to expiration of 24 hours of service. Management adjusted my bill.

I like the breakfast buffet and the pool area. The valet parking staff were really responsible and helpful.

Room was not very clean. Front desk personnel and maintenance personnel were rude. The door card reader was not working properly and the front desk personnel didn't care or belived me. The restaurant food was good, but the service was poor.
