I interacted with 4 different staff members, 3 front desk and one restaurant worker. None could have been nicer or more helpful. The work cubbyhole was very good and I loved the tuner above; I used it far more than the TV. Everything worked. Liked the refrigerator too. Cute, colorful - like being in Mexico. Very functional room. Good shower. Excellent free breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good value. Would like to go back when we could enjoy the pool and courtyard.

Hotel hallway vibrant design. Staff is wonderful. Particularly Josu (??). Went above and beyond the call to ensure guests were comfortable. Thank you! Room was nicely renovated. Breakfast is very good, and a big attraction. I liked everything about the place! The room was quite comfortable and clean and very pleasing to the eye. The breakfast was fantastic and included in the price of the room. No complaints at all. I absolutely loved the breakfast ... I mean they had rice for breakfast ... I thought it was gonna be pastries and juice .. Also the pool design was very cute. Room was clean and comfy... The room was new and modern and of course very clean. The heated pool was awesome. And the complimentary breakfast was really really good!. Very nice rooms and amenities. Upscale accommodations at a very reasonable price. Lobby staff is wonderful and check in was a breeze. The staff was awesome. The breakfast was over and above! The rooms were really cool and the pool area felt resort like. The customer service at the Front Desk was AWESOME. It was large enough to support. Basically everything was fine or better. Tight parking space, hard to find hotel lobby, seems to attract younger crowded, drinking, smoking in the parking lot. we were on a 1st floor room and soundproofing was not great. we could hear steps from the room above, more than I would have expected. That my stay was so short!. Not so much didnt like but a prefrence lol... I love cold pools ... And this pool was heated just a lil. Nothing!. Location is a bit noisy, the pillows are too thick, and the free breakfast was a fiasco; there were no plates, no eggs for 30 min, no pancakes and no place to sit. It was very unorganized and they should have had more help on a holiday weekend. Nothing!. there is a security guard who hasnt a clue whats up. 1.bacon would have been better than sausage 2. only 1 pool. The blinds didn't close completely, so people outside could somewhat see into our room. That was a bit creepy. Pool & Jacuzzi not working No way to rent in room movies. It's starting to show its age, even though it was remodeled a few years ago. We had problems with the toliet and the sink not draining properly. The staff fixed it very quickly. More instructions on getting the iPod dock/radio working. Poor selection of tv Chanels. Absolutely excellent breakfast was in a small noisy room. Your $200 deposit if your credit card does not take. Ice machine too far from room. Some noise from neighbouring rooms. I liked everything. all non smoking room. house-keeping was not up to parr one night found bath towel in toilet another night trash cans were not emptied. Air conditioner wouldn't turn off. Location not good for proximity to restaraunts and night life. Cost too high for what you get. Dont be decieved by pictures... this is just a spruced up motel. I arrived at the hotel at 9 pm (midnight est), and I was told that there was no reservation for me (even though it was prepaid). The desk manager appeared to be not very knowledgeable or willing to help. It took another 35 min to clear things up after I called the letsbookhotel.com site. I didn't like the water pressure and the size of the room. I would think it would be bigger for the price. No curtains on the windows, only blinds. Light from the street made it difficult to get to sleep. They charged $40 more than I was told. Street locations was horrible with traffic Indoor seating for breakfast was so small that many had to eat outdoors in 30 degree weather It is a converted low-end motel, sold at higher than Marriott rates.

Please note: A refundable deposit per night will be held on guests credit card at time of check in for incidental charges. Cash can only be used on room charges upon departure. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. - When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and supplements may apply. - Dogs are allowed to stay at the property for a maximum of 3 nights with a nonrefundable USD 60.00 pet fee.
