Location is close to PSU campus, restaurants, shops. Affordable. Friendly at front desk, and staff at breakfast buffet very helpful and friendly.

I didn't like the pillows.
Toilet in our room was not working properly, even had to reach into toilet tank and re-attach chain to flusher. Room key was not working to get into hotel from doors at back parking lot.
