24/7 Fresh Coffee, Tea & Hot water. Friendly Front desk personal. Buffet style Breakfast includes turkey bacon, scrambled eggs,waffle, Fruit juices dispenser, and Continental breakfast. Indoor heated pool, Jacuzy, and Spa. CATABUS(PublicTransportation) infront of the Inn. About 50 yards from the Inn there is a Cinema Theater. Staff was very nice and accommodating. It was a last minute emergency stay and we had not planned on it. Our reservation was made a 11:30pm as we drove to the motel. Our reservation had not made it but we were treated as if it had at check in. They supplied us with tooth brushes and things which was appreciated.

My husband and I would readily stay again when traveling through area. The hotel was beautiful, new and clean. Our room was the same. The pool was very nice. We were very pleased with the breakfast. We would gladly go back. This hotel really opened my eyes to how far Best Western has come. The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for my business trip. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was VERY comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and the kids enjoyed the pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Large room, comfortable bed and pillows, excellent heating system(not noisy, temperature controlled), hot breakfast available ( no cost). All the measures they take to be "green". Was the first time I've had a recycling bin right in the room. It was an enjoyable place & the price was right. Friendly people & the breakfast was very good. Everything was terrific, the room, the breakfast and especially the pool. No complaints. very clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend to friends who visit Penn State. There was no separate sleeping accommodation so we had to sit in the dark and quiet until the children went to sleep. Thin walls, with a loud group of young girls next door. Could hear people walking in the room above. Had a large wet spot on the carpet, and was given two facecloths to deal with it. No exhaust fan in bathroom. front desk staff should be more excited about their jobs. They are in the hospitality business. nothing. sheets were a bit piled/scratchy; otherwise great. graduation weekend at Penn State - $350.00 per night. breakfast a bit messy/dirty and very average selections. WiFi barely worked Pressure-assisted toilet in our room flushed so loud that it woke up everyone. It can literally scare the pants off little kids. Faucet in the bathroom sink was installed in very idiotic way, so far from the basin edge that water coming from the faucet almost missed the sink. Naturally it was pretty inconvenient. We were told at the front desk that the hotel was designed to be energy efficient, yet parking lot lighting and all other outside lights were turned on 24/7. Condition of building. breakfast room too small, staff not interested rooms not really clean (dust) rate is too high for this standard.
