Great location with a beautiful view of the red mountains. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. We were late getting there due to car troubles and they called us to make sure we were ok and were offering to give us information in case we arrived after the front desk closed. We arrived right at closing time and the staff was willing to take their time to give us all the checkin information required even though it was after their quitting time. Great breakfast in the lobby in the morn.

I have to say for being so inexpensive this is a wonderful motel. The bed was comfortable, it is very clean, refrigerator, nice TV and even a comfortable chair to sit in. Location is close to everything, Gorgeous red rock views. I can't say enough. Good am coffee. Nice mountain view from the hotel. Room was pretty clean for the most part and staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is about a 15 minutes from Sedona, making it a quick drive to get to the fun stuff while still be away from the busier tourist spots. Wonderful motel - Bell and Cathedral Rocks literally in front of the parking lot! Away from the hustle-bustle of busy Sedona, yet close enough for hiking, restaurants, other natural beauty. Friendly, helpful staff; good cont. breakfast. The views of the Sedona mountains was tremendous. Accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the staff were very pleasant, Damien and Sarabeth were very helpful, friendly and courteous. This was a great value for the money!. Everything. The extremely small commode.It was very low. Never have experienced that in a hotel. For such a beautiful place we think you should spend some money on your garden furniture. What you have out there seems to be very cheap. Having to turn on a/c when we got there was bad. It took a long time to cool off. The mirror needs to be replaced over the sink. Lots of black marks on it. It does not live up to the rest of the decor. Nothing!. - No complaints. The soap was kind of cheap but adequate. Slightly run down. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. There was confusion about the room I booked, so I had to argue to get the correct room and change rooms. I had to argue the online price of the room, and I had to fix the tv that had to be re programed in the room. And didn't get a discount for it. The Wi-Fi service was poor at best. These days I have to have a connection on a daily basis if at all possible, so it is always key to have a good connection. A larger and different location for breakfast. It seemed a little hokey Standing in the middle of The front lobby. And maybe some scrambled egg. No inside area to have breakfast. The breakfast was limited even for a continental. So much lighting outside it was impossible to see the stars at night but i guess that can't be prevented. $7 to do a load of laundry, wash and dry :( a bit much for a load of laundry!. Breakfast area is very small. Our refrigerator and window screen were broken. Free coffee was awful (weak). Minimal breakfast selection.
