Location was very convenient. Oak Creek is not as touristy as Sedona,
which we liked since we live in Phoenix and visit the area several
times a year. The hotel is within walking distance of one of the more
distinctive formations, Bell Rock, as well as a lot of other great
trails, local restaurants and shopping. We brought our 4 month old
and there was plenty of room in the 1-bedroom suite for her Pack and

The facility is excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The
location was the best for me. We came to see the red rocks around
Sedona, but the center of Sedona is a traffice nightmare; Oak Creek, six
mile south of Sedona, is a much better location. The red rock are still
nearby and you have all the restaurants etc that you need, but without
the crowds and traffic.
The concierge, Ms. Moy was absolutely fantastic. She organized all our tours. She was always friendly and resourceful and very personable. In addition, the check in/ registration staff was friendly, cheerful and helpful. Loved the BRInn. It is very intimately comfortable. The lobby was a great place to be because of the staff.
The rooms were open and spacey. The Fire place was the right touch
during our chilly stay. The staff was fantastic and friendly. We
arrived at 2am and the night auditor was still very nice and
informative. Chasity was also a big help. Really catered to my concerns
and needs. Than you!.
It was quiet and peaceful. . I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this very clean, wonderful place. It had a small kitchenette. . . which had everything I could possibly need or want. Very comfortable and in beautiful surroundings. I loved it. .
Great location, beautiful setting, walking distance from Bell's Rock hiking trails. Heated pool and hot tub are a great place to relax after a long hike. Beautifully appointed room, friendly staff. Affordable. Great choice.
Staff was helpful, friendly and informative. The location was great. Close enough to Sedona without all the traffic. Quiet. Room layout was very good. Had everything we needed for comfort. Bed was extremely comfortable.
Staff was amazing, room was much bigger and nicer than I expected. All amenities we needed--pool,Jacuzzi, laundry, and concierge service. Very nice, will definitely go back whenever I'm in Sedona!.

I thought the whole set up was brilliant, not too close to Sedona but close enough and with good hiking trails just up the road. Will definitely go there again.
I really liked the tile floor and the whole room was just great, the bed was comfy, and spacious is the word fo the room, nice bathroom also.

They were accomodating and changed things so our rooms were in the same building. The kitchenette had lots of good utensils.

The Bell Rock Inn was a beautiful resort in an idyllic location. I would

After check in, the front desk agent walked me unexcitedly to the
concierge desk for my "free gift", which turned out to be a
sales pitch for their timeshares. After driving 2 hours and with a
hungry baby waiting in the car wity my husband, I just wanted to get to
my room and relax!.
There was a spider in our room; notice the use of the past tense ... she
is no longer with us (my wife has a fear of spiders). Also, it was hard
to use the tv, to switch between "TV" and a dvd player; as an
electronics technician, I was able to figure it out. If you don't
have an electronics technician and/or a child with you, you might
not be able to do this. A page of instructions would help.
It was a bit to far from sedona. We are a bit younger and like to find
the local night spots. Wasn't to bad though. $20 cab ride with the
coolest cab driver and his Co pilot butters! Thank you sedona for a
memorable weekend!.

Unfortunately, they were in the last throes of remodeling and had expoxied the bathroom right before we checked in. Smell was very strong and unpleasant for a few days. They did come in and spray and were very apologetic.
That we couldn't stay longer.
Too long to check in, didn't have our rooms together.
Building shook when the door closed. Could hear people talking in the hallway. Could not tell whether it was gay friendly.

When booking the hotel on the internet all websites say that there are
no pets allowed. But when we arrived there were dogs everywhere so we
missed out on bringing our pets with us.
The bed was very uncomfortable a bit to hard. Check in and out times not good, after traveling over 1000 miles getting there early most hotels will check you in early but was not easy here to do that. and checking out at 10:00 a.m. is to early.
Only thing was NO INTERNEt in room !!!! This was very inconvenient and unacceptable when travelling. Probably would not stay again because of this.

I have bruising where the shower pummeled my body. The staff claimed that it was a "corporate matter". However, as much as we liked it there and as convenient as it was, that would stop me from staying at Bell Rock again!.
