It's located in central uptown Sedona with plenty of restaurants to choose from with specialty shops abound. Including the offering of tour trips from ground to aircrafts lots to do. Lovely large room with a fireplace and a mini kitchen. Views out the window were fabulous. Located in the heart of downtown Sedona. Wonderful breakfast buffet available, too. Quiet location with great views. With some outrage from me, the staff went to work and found a room for me. Very much appreciated.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean; the staff was very helpful. Love the apple trees and view. Kevin at the front desk was mannerly while checking us in. Maid service the best we have had in a long time. The view of 409 was beautiful with exceptions. The negatives far out weighed the positives. Will not return and will tell my friends to stay else where. not much...totally average for a lot of money. To control the flow of cars going through the city they have installed too many roundabouts but if it works and cuts down on speeding cars and reduces accidents I guess they are fine. Not much. Parking could be a problem if you were there in season. letsbookhotel.com - I booked online and got a guaranteed reservation, only to be phoned after I was on my way that sorry no room. With my outrage , the staff managed to prepare a room for me. Very nervewracking experience for me and the hotel staff. letsbookhotel.com owes them and I think they should have offered me a discount. I am not sure the room was up to the standard of other rooms there. Not the quietest part of town if one wanted to away from the tour buses etc- but this is a minor quibble. Everything perfect except checkin when they didn't have record of our reservation from letsbookhotel.com. Fortunately, they had rooms and after contacting letsbookhotel.com, we were given one. Only other thing- pillows too hard!. the pillows and there was not a little store with sundries such as aspirin on that main street. Did not include breakfast. Flow of water in the bath is slow. Even if asked to fix, it will be the same soon. The stairs - it was difficult for me to get up and down them, especially carrying anything. 1: Was told at checkin I reserved a lesser room than I had booked. Twice I said that I wanted what I booked and was told I could upgrade at an added charge. I did get up graded at little or no extra charge after I insisted. Bad Start to our 2nd honeymoon. 2: When on the patio we noticed in the immediate shrubs a ladies and mans underwear. I told Kevin but they were not removed within our 4 day stay. Bad start and end to enjoying our balcony. needs updating....worn down.
