  This Hotel was wonderful. Spent our 20th Anniversary night here. The suite was very luxurious and modern. Staff found out it was our anniversary and put champangne in our room. The attached resturant 'Stoneburner' was very good also. The Ballard neighborhood was quiet and had many options for dinner and local pubs. - A great fresh feel about ... what people say » this new hotel. The area was fantastic with little bars, cafes and live music just a few steps away (without causing noise!) Super Friendly staff and a feel of class and design from the lobby to the rooms.

Wine happy hour was great everyday and especially on weekend with live music. Staff were very helpful and friendly except for the day of check-out which I hope was a fluke.

  Very friendly staff. We were able to check in before 10, even though the check in time was 16. And there was no problem getting the luggage stored on the day of departure. The room was big, and the beds comfortable. Nice bathroom (except from the door thing).
