  This is a great place to stay. It's a bit away from the city center but they have a shuttle every 30 mins to and from several places in the town ands are flexible about pick up points if they are able to be. Breakfast is buffet and quite adequate with good coffee. Rooms are a good size, clean with bathroom and coffee bar, tv and all the usual bits... what people say » . Lake view is best and they will move you there if unavailable at time of booking but comes available later, if you ask. Very helpful, professional s - Location was convenient and they had a free area shuttle. Rooms were fairly large and they had 2 sinks, one inside the bathroom, 1 outside. Breakfast was great and the room where it was served was very nice with a great view. Parking garage and free onsite parking was great. Beds were comfortable. Every room has a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Area shuttle drops you off at Seattle Center, Pikes Place Market or Pioneer Square.

  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.   It's wonderful experience! My wife and daughter enjoyed their stay and become friends with the staff. They also provide very useful sugguestions to tourism visitor like us. My wife found her necklace lost when we got back Vancouver. The surprise is, the staff found it in the room and will send it to us! They are awesome!   We used the complimentary shuttle service almost everyday, and they were always easy to book and we were usually the only ones on the shuttle. They got us to many places in the U District, as well as to bus stops that would take us to further tourist attractions.   The character of the Inn was inline with the Ballard neighborhood. I liked the setting of the inn. One does not need to venture far in search of things to see and do in Ballard. - All the things! Seriously though- the room was clean, hotel was in an awesome location and the staff were great!
