Bed among the most comfortable I've experienced in a long time. Both restaurants on premises (including room service as well) were excellent. Staff was friendly, cheerful, helpful and competent. Location can't be beat!

Lack of shelf space in bathroom (small, older bathroom). Although clean, bathroom did not have that "immaculate" feel that I like in a hotel, mainly in the floor grouting etc. (looks like original tile work). Furniture, although period pieces in sync with the vintage of the hotel, appeared a bit tired.

Nice classic old hotel in the heart of shopping and in very good condition, very nice bar and restaurant and WSJ instead of USA Today! TV did not work at all and not missed.

great location, right in the downtown and to reach from Sea-Tac airport it is ideal (just outside the LINK lightrail station).

room little cramped, the TV cabinet doors, while open, almost touches the bed, then it's hard to move within the room.

Liked the double Queen beds - comfortable and the loved the DOUBLE bathrooms - really great since I was traveling w/ my son. The English amenities in the bathroom were very nice and efficient for guest usage. Great location, very good bar and bartender! All staff was personable + very friendly right down to the cleaning ladies!

The TV screen could have been bigger, but OK, since we did not sepnd much time in room. The rooms were a bit dated, but it really was not an issue...

Great downtown location, walking distance to all the attractions. Very convenient to have two bathrooms as there were three of us when our older daughter joined us on this mini vacation. Very friendly and helpful staff. The concierge helped us to find and buy some Sounders tickets at the last minute! We will stay here again.

Found a used water bottle on the floor near the far bed. The cleaning staff needs to be sure they are truly vacuuming and cleaning the entire floor area.

comfortable, calm, convenient. it may be difficult to visit this hotel thru west lake center for who stay here for the first time. nobody could speak japanese but friendly enough. it takes only 5 min. to pike place market.

Character hotel with hospitable staff. Well located - walk to everything. I didn't mind the slightly aged decor and preferred it to more sterile and neutral decor of newer hotels

a very noisy throbbing from outside, probably from air conditioning unit on roof, kept me awake.

If you've found this hotel, just book it! Excellent hotel with a wonderful feeling mixing the history with a modern and glamorous feel. Very well presented rooms that were extremely clean, super comfortable beds, excellent restaurant worth dining at a few times and a wonderful casual bar (known for the cocktails). You cannot beat this location - the train to the airport stops close, all shops.

The Mayflower Park hotel was lovely. My first visit to Seatlle and the location was wonderful for visiting, shopping, dining. The staff was helpful.

Hotel staff were very curteous and helpful. Location was great. I loved Olivers and Andaluca's convenience.

I wish Olivers was open later or room service was available leter into the evening.

Our room had two full bathrooms as well as twin queen size beds. I felt pampered as soon as I walked in the hotel! The monorail terminal is attached to the lobby. Pike Place Market in walking distance. Great restaurants all around. Shopping on all sides. Good bus connections. Wonderful city vacation!

Fantastic location. Aside from being in the middle of downtown with easy access to the waterfront, convention center, shopping and tourist areas, it is also located within a block of the monorail and light rail stop. Extremely clean and beautiful hotel. Loved that one of the highest rated restaurants in Seattle (Andaluca) is in the hotel.

Room wasn't ready until check-in time, though they said they had a process in place for expediting room cleaning when I arrived early. Some people received more attention from bell staff than others.

This hotel is a gem. A grand hotel that has been thoroughly updated, our double room even had two bathrooms. It is perfectly loctated, with a wonderful staff. The concierge was especially insightful.

close to shopping- right across the street from Macy's and 2 blocks from Pacific Place and 1 block from Nordstroms and Nordstrom's Rack

the bathroom weas small and the toilet close tot he wall so if you are an adult- it's a little hard to maneuver- but great toiletries and shower!!

There seemed to be very little deskspace. Lots of desks but filled with little paraphernalia. I'm used to having a table or desk that I can set aside for work.

Top drawer in all manner. This will be our stay in all future visits. Most accommodating and enjoyable. In the heart of the city with easy access to all venues of interest. Have made all friends aware of our stay and anxious for our next return.

Very nice traditional hotel centrally located to sghops , restaurants in central Seattle. Has an interesting history and stylish decor reflects the character of this lovely building. Our room was spacious and comfortable .

Location was amazing. Near to shops, monorail and other attractions. Friendly staff. Had suite - lovely size with comfortable king size bed, 2 bathrooms and 2 tvs.

The location of the Mayflower was perfect, right next to the monorail and with walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Loved Oliver's, never got the chance to eat in the restaurant.

Check in and out was a breeze. Room was ready early. What a touch. The valet parking is worth it.

The kitchen was closed so no food at bar at 11:00 PM, however the waitress did go down and actually make an extra cheese plate or 2

nice room; everything smells nice; clean; excellent restaurant, wonderful wait staff, everyone very friendly, we felt respected; wonderful old world charm in a modernized environment; loved the piano mezzanine.
