Beds extremely comfortable. Great having full kitchen facilities. Staff prompt with requests for extra linens. Pools wonderful-lots of towels and chairs available poolside. all reviews » Everything was wonderful! Place was very clean, staff was friendly and always greeted you as you passed them. The suites are literally a one (or two,three) bedroom apartments. Four saltwater pools that are all a convenient distance from any room. Wonderfull place. Will definitely stay there again next time in area!. The location was excellent, just off the 101 - close to shopping. I loved having a kitchen especially with my little one. The bed was comfy and the unit was nicely decorated. The patio was nice. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and glasses. The room was quiet. The price was great for a suite. We loved this place, the rooms are very clean, the staff is very accommodating. The pools and surroundings are beautiful If shopping is on your agenda, the Promenade. Plaza is 5 min away. Will definitely come here again!. Very convenient location!!! Drinks were very expensive for very little. Most of the time there was not even a bartender the maintenance guy made our drinks. Very slow internet Music at bar quit too early no continuity of sidewalks or trails to connect to rest of the city tub didn't drain. Room was ok but had a bar lock on sliding door that was loose and fell, scratching one in our party. Need tennis court/ basketball hoop and BBQ area. Not near enough chairs poolside, especially for a resort booked full. Needs to be updated and maintained a little better. Still very nice. Not enough parking. My regrigerator compressor made loud clinking noise all night long. Tv in bedroom did not work. pool too warm. staff was overwhelmed, had a hard time checking in no rooms were ready at 4. did not have bedding for couch bed ready but did arrive 20 minutes after request. No elevators and no wheel chairs for the handicapped. Also I think you need a few more selsctions on the lunch and dinner menu. People hoarding chaise longues as of 7:30-8:00 am then never using. Inexcusable. I went out at 730 and got last free one. Some saved chairs were never used. One youth told his parents he would be back not before end of day and they saved his chair anyway. I finally told someone and they simply took it. Hard to access drinks in hot weather for pool. Need instructions on both sides of pool gate how to get in and out. One hopeless waitress. Others good. dated. lack of towels at pools was a constant, 2 towels were provided in the room daily for our family of 4, no bedding for sofa-bed, took several calls to get taken care of. No iron after 2 requests. No room service one day (no beds made, trash out, etc). Only one chair on balcony, not enough sleeping pillows. the add on costs after securing one cost through letsbookhotel.com. Pool was too warm. There were never any towels at the pool and when we called it took forever until the staff brought them out. The room had 2 queen beds, enough for 4 people, but they only provided 2 bath towels and NO bar soap. This was corrected in about 2 hours with a call to the desk. The room was provide with only one chair and no table. Not conducive to spending any time in the room. The small patio facing the pool was supposed to have some "patio furniture" on it but... there was nothing. Again, this was corrected after a visit to the front desk. There was a small patio facing the pool. Check in delayed to 4 pm. Air con very noisy and cannot be set below 68. Front desk (Steve) told us with confidence the car he booked to a restaurant would cost $25; it cost $39, a cab for the return cost $21. When we brought this to his attention he just shrugged. Did not read the small print on the confirmation about the $15 Hotel Booking Tax which was subject to add'l tax! The $99 hotel was $130. .Lounge menu limited. The suite was outdated and very noisy. We got little sleep due to the noise. The air condition was extremely noisy. We requested a quiet room and were put in an area close to the pool that was so noisy. It was clean, however a 15 dollar cleaning fee was added to our bill. The accommodations seemed kind of bare bone. The room was smaller than I thought. No refrigerator in the room. One small waste bucket in the bathroom no other bucket. Next to an apartment that is noisy all night. Was not a very relaxing vacation. The rooms are not very updated, sort of like staying in an Arizona apartment. Construction at 7:30 in the morning. The room is in bad shape. DW leaked, refrigerator was cracked inside and had insulation coming out the shelves. Maintenance changed our frig after 3 days. TV was out for a day. They turned off the water at 9:00 AM to our building #7 with no warning.I didn't like taxes and fees tacked on at the end. The room we had looked like something from the Bates Motel. It was not clean, small and resembled nothing like what was shown on the internet. We had reserved a suite and got a downstairs room which was very small and dark. The bathroom was dark and smelled like mildew. Door handle to the bathroom was ready to fall off, The tv remote was missing from the room and another was ordered only to later find the remote on the floor behind a table. There was no bath mat in the room and this also had to be ordered. The air conditioner sounded like it was mixing concrete. Service in the restaurant was so bad we stopped using it. The room was dated and not well maintained. The shower drain was plugged up. Couldn't take a shower without wading in six inches of water. The Graze restaurant had some good servers and some not so good servers. It was way overpriced and I had a bad experience with an expensive steak that was very low quality cut and not prepared well. Waitress was not present to help. Old outdated.... Clean but no effort to update. The coffee was horrible at the restaurant. food was not that good either and very over priced. When needed service to room had to call three times to get service. There was mold in the bathroom shower. the room was dirty, the service was poor, we waited over 24hrs for clean towels. would never recomend or return.

Resort Suites is conveniently located in North Scottsdale, just 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and less than a mile from the Scottsdale Airpark. At Sky Harbor, Taxis, airport shuttles and limousines are available for hire outside of each terminal and can bring you to Resort Suites quickly. Resort Suites has complimentary shuttle service to and from the Scottsdale Airpark, but does not have shuttles to Sky Harbor.

Take Highway 51 North to Loop 101 East (approximately 20 miles). Exit at Scottsdale Road and turn right (south at the stoplight).
