For the price it had everything I expected and more. While small the spa area and exercise area were superior and the staff GREAT. I just wish it opened earlier than 9 am. The staff was very good as was the business center ( small but adequate). I would stay t here again and would recommend it to others.

Overall a very pleasant stay with close proximity to shops and public transport. Gliezl at the front desk was amazing and moved us to a quiet floor after moving twice due to the thinness of the walls. She was professional, friendly and efficient and made sure we got a room without an interleding door as well as a breathtaking bay view!

our second stay here. We live locally but have events in SF. This hotel is our first choice. Fab location and Hotel. We had a corner room which looked out to the ferry building and the street cars. Hip boutique hotel.
This visit the only - was the fan constantly blowing in the room/bath. I slept in the robe for I was cold. If I turned on the heat the room would have been hot for the others. easy to walk around and pick up a cab here.

The hotel was really nice and clean, the staf was very friendly - they allowed us ti check in already at noon without being alerted beforehand. The breakfast is simple but fine, the afternoon tea and sherry enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and furnished with taste, the beds are comfortable. this was a pleasant experience.
