Gorgeous. The bedroom was lovely and the bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. Amenities in the bathroom were very nice quality as well
Carpet needs cleaning or needs to be replaced.

The staff was very friendly and flexible when our plans changed. Parking facility was excellent and secure. - The room was super clean, oversized and the tub drained!! :) Parking was limited but free! The free coffee was better than Starbucks! The hotel is only a block from the bus to get to Pier 39.

We have a big family and were given a very large room with a view. This was a pleasant surprise as the only negative comments I read from reviews before our stay was in regard to small rooms without a view. - The staff was very nice and helpful, and it is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay.

We have stayed at this motel three times now. Each time the rooms have been really large and comfortable. Each has a microwave and a refridgerator. The neighborhood is really cute with lots of funky, delicous restaurants. It is one block from the beach and 2 blocks from Golden Gate park. The N Judah line is right outside the motel and will take you to the downtown area. Parking is free which is unusual for SF. For the money, it can't be beat. Don't expect fancy, just roomy and clean.

Pacific Heights Inn is a true gem. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times - in 1999, 2004 and now in 2013 and each time the place was just right!It's not a "fancy place" but it's not a dive at all. Quaint and comfortable.
