  I found the service to be excellent and it started way before we even arrived. The concierge helped us to find the right tour companies and plan out our trip so it was everything we wanted. They took care of everything without question. I will definetly stay at this hotel again. - Overall a very pleasant stay with close proximity to shops and public transport. Gliezl at the front desk was amazing and moved us to a quiet floor after moving twice due to the thinness of the walls. She was professional, friendly and efficient and made sure we got a room without an interleding door as well as a breathtaking bay view!

  I always stay here when in San Francisco. It's a great location and I always feel safe and comfortable. There's breakfast and the staff is very nice.
