Just the cost of parking...it's a little high

The hotel is located centrally to any area you would want to visit. Petfriendly is a big plus.

Getting to the parking entrance can be task. The hotel is right at themiddle of Union square, alot of traffic both vechile and people.

rooms are too dated. needs major renovation. coffee bar in the middle of the lobby is too tacky for a luxury hotel if it is one.

Breakfast was excellent, the location of the Hotel on Union Square was excellent also.

The staff were unfriendly and dis-interested. I had a problem with my wireless internet access, the staff had no interest in helping and told me to go out onto Union Square to use my WiFi!!!!!!! Rooms was basic but clean. So not in keeping with my other Westin experiences, they have always been positive and enjoyable.
