Excelent relation price/quality and value for money. The hotel is recent and therefore very nice accomodations.
The employee who received us was very friendly and pleasant. It has free parking (though it has limited parking places, all guests had their cars and we know that for sure because the hotel was full, we arrived late and were able to park with no problem).

Hotel is spotless; the manager, "Yogi", willing to help in any way (e.g. she got us a 3 liter water bottle instead of the 2 1 liters we were to receive for 3 days), personally carried my breakfast to our room (I was using a cane);
breakfast is adequate with excellent coffee (I'm a coffee maven). Located near lots of good restaurants in the Marina District on Chestnut and Steiner streets.
Well located and clean. The rooms are newly renovated, which is great. There are several bus routes nearby, which makes getting around the city quite easy. An additional bonus to the location is ease of access to the running / biking trails along the waterfront. I would definitely recommend the Seaside Inn to others and would stay here again on future trips to S.F.!.
This was a amazing value! The room was very luxurious and newly rennovated. Tons of TV channels, super comfy and nice room, a close walk to the Bay and Fisherman's Wharf. We got there right at check-in so parking was no problem. Breakfast is simple danish pastries, but a Keurig coffee maker made for lots of hot drink choices. We loved it and would definitely stay again!.
It gave us all we needed. Reasonable price for San Francisco,
considering that parking is included and you do not need to walk to any
parking houses. Good location on Lombard street, easy access to any part
of the city. Although it is close to main street, no problem with the
traffic noise. Very comfortable and spacious room, we had a good sleep
there, clean bathroom.
Great value for money with good sized room, very comfortable bed, very
clean, helpful staff, modern decor, fridge and microwave in room. Little
out of our desired location but bus stop one block away so easy to get
to city, Fisherman;s Wharf, Chinatown, etc. Shuttle booked for our
airport transportation and our luggage stored for the day. Would
definitely stay again.
Really clean and even somewhat fancy for the hotel grade which is not a top one, which is quite rare with the most of US inns, especially in the area. Rooms featuring organic toiletries, everyday cleaning, nice furniture. grab-n-go breakfast was healthy and tasty. Another unusual thing for this hotel type was that nothing in the room was rusty or broken. Keep up!.
The room was clean, the beds and pillows were pure bliss. We asked for and were given a room far from the street noise. Yogi (the owner/manager) was very kind and helpful. We originally booked for 3 days at the beginning of our vacation and ended up coming back for another 2 days at the end of our trip. That is how much we enjoyed it!.
Exceptionally comfortable beds! My wife and I now refer to the Seaside Inn as "the place with the great beds." Room interior and upgraded fixtures feel like those of a high-end boutique hotel within the shell of an older motor inn. Free parking, close to public transport and walking distance to nearby attractions. Will stay again.
The staff was very helpful, they refunded me one day of my reservation even if I did a mistake about the reservation.
The location is quiet good, is not downtown anyway there’s a bike rental close to the hotel and several buses. I recommend Seaside Inn and for sure I will stay there again on my next visit to SF.
LOVED this place! Very clean, modern, updated rooms. Comfy bed, fridge, nice tv. FREE parking! Very nice owner. The best part- very quiet area and walking distance to everything- great shopping, restaurants, recreational areas. This will definitely be our new home away from home while visiting SF!.

Close to famous Lombard street. Yogi the owner was nice enough to let us stay only two nights on a 3 night reservation and gave me a credit for the 3rd night as we decided to stay only 2 nights in San Francisco instead of the original 3 we planned.
Location was perfect, (within walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf etc.,) Rooms were clean, comfortable, modern and with complimentary toiletries, tea/coffee and Continental breakfast. Staff very friendly & helpful. Couldn't fault it.

Francisco, lovely and good king size bed, clean room with all
facilities, helpful service, good start of the day with a simple but
good breakfast. Prive/quality is excellent.
We had a problem on arrival- the sink was blocked due to previous occupant cutting hair. The owners sorted it by calling a emergency plumber who fixed the problem. The young chap at reception was very helpful throughout our stay.
The room was brand new, bed was maybe the best I have ever slept, I was staying Mgm grand casino in Las Vegas in same month and have to say that this room was cleaner and more comfortable, but without great views : D.

hot chocolate, tea, coffee and some muffins and cruassans) that you can
take to your room, good internet conexion in the room and nice service.
The Seaside Inn is a small, quaint motel in the Marina area. I was surprised to see how nice the accommodations were for the price I paid. Unlike most hotels, the parking is free if you can mange to get a spot.

For some reason, couldn't connect to internet, though it was free. Breakfast could have less packaged sweet breads and perhaps a yogurt or cheese item.

The free breakfast does not include many healthy items. The only healthy option was a banana, otherwise it included sugary packaged pastries and cereals, rolls and breads.

The first night one has to get used to the noise of the cars passing by
on the street (doors could be better isolated) and the neigbourhood at
night isn't the safest of the city.
Hotel staff wasnt speak very good english, breakfast was coffee and a pack of indrustial croisants, I wouldnt call that a breakfast at all.
No parking place for all guests, but they usually figure out a way to
fit everyone in the tiny parking lot. Rooms close to the road might be a
little bit loud during the night.
