All desk staff were extremely courteous, polite and helpful. Room Service even folded clothes that were on the floor and laid them on the bed. I plan to return to san Francisco next year and would more than likely stay here again. I'd recommend it if you are after a budget hotel that you are not planning to 'live in' while you are in town. comfortable, good location, clean and tidy. Free parking and internet!.

Close to downtown, WIFI, helpful staff, secure free parking and priced right.The people at the reception were nice and helpful. hotel was fine, cleaning crew were polite and the morning front dest person was very polite. Close to AtandT Ball Park. Free Wireless. The room was clean and qiute nice. On walking distance from the city centre.Poor. If I had to really mention something, I'd say that breakfast is advertised as between 6 am and 9am, although some days it didn't happen until 7 or 7:30 am. I also had to wait all day to get a replacemment roll of toilet paper. These are no big deals to me and nor should they be to you.It's in a scary neighborhood, but the bad parts are easily skirted. The continental breakfast was medium and the coffee was terrible but fruit loops are fruit loops. Location is quite after dark, could be disconcerting to some people.There was some smoke from cigarettes although the hotel was declared non-smoking. The breakfast was poor but with some additional shoppings ok. the front desk person that was there when i arrived at 3:00 am July 4th was very rude had an attitude and with an attitude said i needed to make a deposit of $100 but he was very rude wouldn't answer any of questions i was not comfortable with him what so ever.Location. I did not like the area where the hotel is located. Even if close to thecity centre and 10 mins from conference center, the area looks dangerousand the road are full with homeless people. I did not feel safe and hadto take taxi every time. No wifi. The noise during the night in the weekend, lot of drug addicts entered the hotel car parking. Car parking is free but for own risk as there is a lot of crime in the neighbourhood,. Enviroment poor and customers have to go to their rooms which was located on the opposite side of the check in Main Hotel, the breakfast was poor as well,nothing added after food finished. The location is not good, the hotel is very dirty, the hotel staff has been really unpolite and unfair.

Additional charges for more than 3 guests will apply for all suite categories. A smaller additional fee also applies to more than 3 guests in standard room types.
