Loved our stay. We live only about 30 mins. north of San Diego and try to stay at the West Gate at least twice a year. It is like being on a vacation even though we are residents. Absolutely love staying downtown. -

This is the best Hotel in the area from what we saw. The view was the best. We started in a "partial view" suite which was more of a full view. We upgraded to the "Presidential suite" which was a full view and a step up in luxury.
