The room was not at all what I expected. It contained comfortable and newer items such as TV, lamps, extra "make up mirror", etc. The bed was by far one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. I like the renovated rooms and the fair pricing when its less than $40.
The free wifi is a nice and pretty fast. The laundry facility is a nice
option, but the price deterred usage. The staff is fairly nice.

Size of the room, view from the room, the spa and the courtesy of the staff - For the money that we spend to stay at the hotel, I felt the $10/day fee to use the work out facility was unwarranted. We visited Hotel Indigo for the second time after having a mindblowing
experience back in 2011. After all, the location is unbeatable and the

I like the location on Shutter Island with the feeling to come back "home" at night after a day spent around in San Diego.
Incredible remote view of San Diego downtown.
Very spacious room overlooking the marina, which is definitely better than the ones on the bay as there is the parking in between the hotel and the sea.
A lot of very good restaurants nearby in Point Loma: no need to travel far away from the hotel.

I stayed here very recently for six nights while attending a conference downtown. Let me say it was totally worth the extra effort and cost in cabs to get downtown ( half hour by bus, 15 minutes 13 bucks by cab). The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional, from the cleaning staff, valet parking attendants, front desk folks and management. I get the feeling people love their jobs and want to deliver good service to the guests. The bar downstairs is awesome and deserves its own review. On

Even though it is not in the center of San Diego, it is easy to get attractions because of the proximity to highways.
Our room was facing highway but we didn't have any difficulty in sleeping. It is not noisy at all. There is not much to explore in the area but if you just need a sleep to sleep and you are out whole day, then it is a perfect place.

It was easy to stay there. Staff was friendly, parked our car very close to our room, likedvthe mini fridge, microwave and the breakfast included, it was more than I thought it would be (breakfast) and it was very convenient so that you got that out of the way and could start your day. We had young kids and we felt at ease as oppose to a mega hotel that caretered to business people, this felt homey. Was in good neighborhood, walking distance to Old Town and close to everything.
