The location of the hotel is perfect-it is quite in the centre and very close to the sea, to the train station and etc. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpfull. I injoyed my time in this hotel greatly!!! - Irina

We stayed at this hotel with our twin 2 yr olds and grandparents. We stayed in the two room suite w/living room, kitchen, dinning room. Wow. It was old, but charming. very roomy and good price. We are going to stayed there again soon. Don't expect the hilton or Marriot. But it is within walking of Balboa park. - Mazurier Family

Excellent staff and very helpful. They never say no whenever you are in doubt. Keep up an excellent service. The room condition is superb and very comfortable. They are rennovating and I got to see the old wood floors and the rooms were very decent for $50/nite. Wi-Fi worked fine and located nicely downtown. - Anonymous

My wife and I have had the pleasure of staying at some of the finest hotels in Southern California and the memories we hold the closest are those of the people at the resorts as much as the resorts themselves.
