Classy hotel, excellent location. Nice outdoor pool and spa area. Already renovated rooms are just great!

Ongoing renovation in Nov 2013. Poor Management, in particular the room management, allowing that not renovated, worn down and filthy rooms are still given to the guest.

The room was comfortable and the location pretty close to the trolley line and Horton Square

The rooms were really nice and the beds were super comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The on-site gym was under repair during my visit but they provided guest aces to the YMCA gym just around the corner. ironically that was one of the highlights of my trip as the Y had one of the best retired weight rooms I have seen in a long time.

only option for on-site parking was vallet which cost $32/ day!! Ouch!!

Loved it. The bed was beyond comfy!!!!!! The shower was heavenly!! And the location was prime.

Superb hotel. We'll definitely stay again on our next trip to San Diego. Clean, modern, great staff. Location is great. Walking distance from lots of San Diego key attractions. Highly recommend!

The staff was amazing and so helpful. You can bring up to two pets free of charge! One the weekends they have candy, fruit, and waters in the lobby. They also have a bar in the lobby.

On calling manager regarding problems with room he quickly had the room with king size cleaned and made available. Complimentary drinks and snacks in bar until room ready. Complimentary breakfasts for two days. Problem with toilet on third day repaired straight away. Staff very courteous and friendly.

Although having booked two months previous at arrival (11.00 PM) the room was not ready. Booked King size bed but offered two single bedded room.

Ok, the fact that there was a memo in the room stating that they will be doing upgrades is a start. But at least inform us when this will be finished. For all I know this memo is there for over a year. And the upgrades are 100% needed, the room I had had at least 5 large sigarette burns in the carpet, some cabinets couldn't close properly. You don't expect this from Westin

Proximity to activities. Polite and helpful staff, with exception of 1 valet but over all, a great experience would recommend and will be back.

$32 a night valet parking wish I would have been warned about that. Also very minor my girlfriend and I arrived in casual attire to the hotel valet station (I will admit I do not drive a Mercedes sports car, but my vehicle is new and well kept). And the valet very politely asked me if we were at the correct Westin hotel. There is a much less nice location in the same area.

The five dollar voucher for no room service is a farce for this quality of hotel.paying in the two hundred dollar a night range, getting your own towels,soap,toilet paper etc. I was so upset with myself for falling for such a dumb program. Never again. A westin hotel,unbelievable
