It is a beautiful hotel in a great location. We looked everywhere for a place to stay and were so glad we choose this location. Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful! The full breakfast each morning was an added perk!. We especially liked the front desk staff who were very helpful, namely Cathy and Anita who went out of their way to help us with our concerns & needs. All in all the family enjoyed our stay in San Diego.

Expensive parking, $38/day. Used nearby garage for much less. Price to valet park the car, but it was cheaper than what the surrounding hotels charge to valet park. Hotel location is probably best for singles or couples without children who just want to have a good time. The personality of the receptionist was unfriendly. Adv. Was misleading. Room was poorly laid out. Not enough seating. Soundproofing between rooms could be better. $38.00 a day parking cost!. N/A. sink in bedroom. Price for parking; $38 per day. A little distance to downtown, pool not heated. A woofing dog in the next bedroom ? Breakfast was like a transport cafe - plastic plates,knives,etc and this was poor quality - good job nice cafe over the road thoiugh it was included. Only valert parking - OK but at US $38 a bit expensive per night. The room was small, a jr. suite, very crunchy. The valet parking was very expensive. The pool, max. 11??? Very small. No food available until 5:00. The swimming pool was tiny almost comical, and no jacuzzi tub.
