the trolley location, good bloody mary's at the bar, good location to shopping, cleanliness, staff promptness and friendliness

Great location for going to Downtown San Diego. Easy access off of the freeway. Great front desk staff!

Parking is a high at $18.00 for self parking. No free wifi.

I loved the location. It was perfect and close to everything. My room was very nice and the beds were so comfortable. Loved the pool area. And the customer service was great.

Only thing I didn't like was that there was an annoying noise that we kept hearing thru-out out stay, believe it was the toilet or pipes from the room above us.

The hotel did not have my reservation for the extra day I had added. I was lucky yhey were able to givee a room.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The spa and pool areas were clean.

That parking and internet were extra. The cheaper hotels include both of these for no charge.

Loved the facilities, guest services and location.

Cost of parking, it should be free. Also, there were far too many family activities which attracted guests and relatives f hotel get. The pool was crowded with children the entire time I was there. The noise level with kids made the pool area chaotic and left no room for adults. There should be more pool side fairs and kids should only be allowed in the pool at certain hours.

Very clean, great customer service, made me feel welcomed versus judgment due to age. It was a great experience.
