The Staff was really great and freindly, and it was clean. Very
comfortable. They also gave me a courtesy call the day of my stay that
my card had been declined and wanted to let me know in advance, it was
just a expiration date mix up, but I was so thankful that they called me
before I had gotten on the road out there!! Really great experience

We stayed at the Comfort Inn because it was so close to the AlamoDome and for the value. The staff was great, they helped us with where to park at the concert and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

awesome through and through, and we will definitely stay here again. The
room was wonderful, clean, like staying in a condo. Fantastic value - I
still just can't believe it only cost us $72 (includes tax) to stay

sundries within walking distance. -
The pictures live up to the actual room and it was roomy with many
amenities such as dishes, coffee maker, full size refrigerator and stove
as well as a dishwasher. The staff was great from the front desk crew to
the housekeeping and maintenance department. Any issues were resolved
quickly and there weren't many issues. Thanks for a great stay and I
would highly recommend and stay here again.

Was surprised! Lobby, front desk was awesome..then we got in our room and WOW! Very high ceilings which made you feel less cramped in room and love the bathroom! Big spacious not typical! I thought this would be a budget hotel from outside..we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi very nice pool area very clean and maintained!! WILL STAY HERE FROM NOW ON!! very quiet also..never heard any hall noise or other guests! bonus!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to some of my favorite places, especially to "Mi Tierra". I love that there is a Catholic Church behind the Hotel, so we were able to attend Mass on Sunday. Our room was very clean, staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again. -

The location is great right off freeway close to everything. Enjoyed going to Texas Roadhouse Steak, Bill Miller Bar B-Q, 18 movies choices at Cinema, Marble Slab at mall.
The staff was wonderful everyone bend over backwards to ensure a great visit.
This establishment aims to please family friendly, budget friendly, large rooms, huge beds, plenty hot water, nice televisions, microwave, coffee, fridge, pool all at a great price.

Everything! The staff was extremely nice and helpful from check in to check out the 3 days we were there. Loved the Texas shaped waffles for breakfast :) The room was perfect size with all the amenities it said it came with. I really liked that the location was away from the city. The staff was incredible! Estella and Chris were so helpful. The hotel was clean and the maids were professional and polite. I was very comfortable here and would definitely stay again! The social hours and free breakfast are a plus... If you are going for graduation from Lackland as we did, give yourself about 20 minutes to get to base. Enjoy!
