The xtra towels & breakfast I appreciated that even though they were short on food! Awesome location!

Not enough food & drinks for the big crowd. And the taxi cab drivers are totally unrealiable & thats unfortunate!

Location is central to Tourist attractions like Alamo, Riverwalk etc. The Design looks homely.

This hotel is very convenient for visits to the Alamo and the Riverwalk. The reception staff were excellent.

The hotel seems a little run down. Needs some TLC. Lick of paint, windows cleaned and curtains cleaned would make a massive difference. Also this was the first hotel I have stayed in where there was no refrigerator in the room.

The Rooms were just what you really need without luxury but more then adequate. With in walking distance of all points of interests at the fringe of downtown in a quiet area.

The hotel restaurant would need to be overhauled.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. The bathroom was clean and the room was big enough. The continental breakfeast was ok, with fruit, waffle... I would come back.

The wifi never worked. The room close to the road were a little noisy. The hotel is old and not pretty.

Great location. Just a short walk to the Alamo, Riverwalk and shops. Clean rooms.

Wifi was disabled and so that was a bit of a problem for us.

1. Best location for me to attend conference asme turbo expo-2013 @ H.G.Convention center. 2. All attractions of San Antonio are nearby. 3. All facilities mentioned online found are correct and working. 4. Hotel staffs were very co-operative and supportive. 5. Good breakfast

Close to everything we wanted to see and do!!!!

I asked twice for a ironing board and we stayed 3 nights but never got the item delivered to our room. Also we were two people staying and the 2nd and 3rd night they put us 2 towels but only one hand towel and one wash rag :(

The location is ten minute walk from riverwalk n attractions.

House keeping don't knock they just barge in n since the metal latch doesnt work there's nothing stopping them..and I don't think they understand English that well as I told the woman no housekeeping today n she just walked past me into my room n continued to change towels!

room was spacious, good bed and shower, clean fresh linen and towels. Plenty of off road parking. Breakfast okay but could do with two waffle makers instead of one.

staff weren't very friendly. Décor was dated, repairs budget, place needs a professional spruce up. Very close to busy road and walls thin between rooms.

It is not clean. The bedroom smells something bad. The breakfast didn't have bread in one of the days (which is not admissible).

Staff at check-in was great. Staff in p.m. was awful. Our sink over flowed when we flushed the toilet and he said it was because we used too much toilet paper. That we needed to go get a plunger to unclog. I had to argue with him that we just needed another room. A terrible ending to our 35th anniversary!

Easy to walk to the river from the hotel

The bed was very uncomfortable. We left a night early because of it. The sheets and blankets had holes and tears in them.

Girl at front desk was kind. The lady in the breakfast room was helpful with local information.

We have photos if you would like to see: The carpet was old and filthy. The walls were filthy. The tub was worn, chipped and had mold on the top of the tiles. Sicked me to step foot in the bath tub! The ceiling above the air/heater was black. The walls were beat up and black. Everything felt old, worn and dirty. Dining area was old, worn and generally had a dirty feel. I will never stay in another Travelodge and as a travel agent I will never book one for a guest.

I didnt like that I called to the front desk to ask for towels cause I was in the shower an they told me I had to go an get them myself at any other hotel they bring them to u I dont think that is room service thats more like self service. The next thing is that one morning it was cold I go to turn on the heater an it sparks an pops at me like really thats how fires start up. I do not recommand this hotel at all.
